Ahead of her first release on Toolroom Trax this year, ‘Stupid Disco‘, we asked the Italian producer and DJ, Nausica, to give 10 of her favourite current ‘bomb tracks’ – selections that are sure to detonate the dance floor.

With her productions fast gaining global recognition and support from key international DJs and tastemakers, we are thrilled to welcome back Nausica’s signature Latin Tech sound to the label. With a huge breakthrough year behind her in 2023, 2024 is getting started right for Nausica. A well respected selector as well as producer, enjoy listening through Nausica’s choices for the club below.

Stupid Disco‘ is out 12th January and available to pre-save/order now.

Nausica – Se Pone Loca [Toolroom Trax]

The first track of my top ten is ‘Se Pone Loca’, the track of mine that pushed through most. It has received the most amazing support, and is certainly one of the most played tracks last summer in ibiza.

ESSEL – Sweat [Toolroom]

Another very strong track that is never missing from my DJ sets is this hit by ESSEL, an artist I respect very much.

Danny Rhys – Yellow Wave [Toolroom Trax]

Third place goes to the track by Danny Rhys and Antho Decks. I love the hypnotic vocals and percussion in this groove.

Matthias Tanzmann – Wheels Up [Moon Harbour]

Fourth place definitely goes to Matthias Tanzmann with ‘Wheels Up’. I love this track with its old school flavour.

Alberto Dimeo, Alvii Ferrer – Desacatao (Freenzy Music Remix) [CANIBALES]

And in fifth place is the Desacatao remix by “Freenzy Music”. This track drives everyone crazy, including me.

Lee Foss & Ralf – Cadillac [Repopulate Mars]

Sixth place went to Lee Foss & Ralf with ‘Cadillac’. My favourite thing about this track is its hard groove and electronic bass, this track is sick.

Nausica – Dale [Moon Harbour]

And in seventh place there’s my track ‘Dale’. Enhanced by a mariachi trumpet, the hypnotic vocals and groove are ideal for waking up the crowd.

Mark Knight, Green Velvet, Rene Amesz – Live Stream “Noizu Remix” [Toolroom]

Eighth place goes to Mark Knight, Green Velvet and Rene Amesz with their track “Live Stream” remixed by Noizu. This track creates just the right tension on the dance floor.

Miane – Wimbo [DFTD]

The penultimate place goes to Miane with her track ‘Wimbo’. The groove is hypnotic and the warm and welcoming voice makes everything magic.

Floorplan – Baby, Baby [M-Plant]

Last place goes to a track that is a little old but never loses its charm and always makes a mess in the crowd, I’m talking about ‘Baby, Baby’ by Floorplan.

Stupid Disco‘ is out 12th January and available to pre-save/order now.
