Next up on Toolroom, we’ve got an absolute belter of a record landing from two renowned producers in the scene: Watermät and Raumakustik, with their debut collaboration ‘Out Of My Head’. Merging each artist’s signature sounds together, from Raumakustik’s solid production skills to Watermät’s penchant for locking in quirky and catchy vocal hooks, ‘Out Of My Head’ is a certified banger in the making.
French DJ and producer Watermät shot to fame back in 2014, after the huge success from his Spinnin’ Records release ‘Bullit’, garnering vast support throughout the scene from Pete Tong to Tiësto and beyond. Fast-forward to May 2023 and Watermät debuted on Toolroom with a seriously tough, Deep House cut ‘Targa’, tearing through stages and clubs worldwide and seeing support flood in from names such as James Hype to John Summit and more.
Raumakustik are on a serious collaborative hype this year, pumping out killer records in quick succession. The German selectors have already landed on the label with a cool, dance floor focused cut ‘That Groove’ with Tony Romera and the clubbier ‘Love Shake’ with Kittball’s own Juliet Sikora on Trax. Now, the duo team up with Watermät on their unique, yet infectious cut ‘Out Of My Head’. Joining two worlds together, Watermät and Raumakustik are the perfect combination that will undoubtedly deliver tough, dance floor focused tracks that will dominate sound systems on repeat.
