Friend Within himself is an artist with a rich discography with previous releases on DIRTYBIRD, Hypercolour, Rinse, Stress, Fools Gold and a string of hits on Toolroom. After releasing his debut album ‘Hope’ last year, a dance floor focused LP longing for the return to clubland and live music, ‘Monkey Bars’ is the relief in the album’s longing.
