About Amplified

Amplified is Toolroom Records’ label services division, delivering tailored release strategies for a diverse roster of artists and dance music labels. With a focus on community growth, long-tail marketing, and artist-first campaigns, we help both internal sub-labels and external clients grow their profiles and deepen fan engagement across multiple platforms.

As Amplified oversees a spectrum of electronic music sounds from underground house and tech to commercial club cuts – you’ll need a deep appreciation for the subtle genre nuances between labels and the ability to tailor strategies accordingly. You’ll work closely with artists across varied scenes, adapting your approach to fit their sound, story, and audience.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful digital campaigns across Amplified’s label group and external clients. This is a strategic and creative role that requires both vision and precision: shaping a record’s story, defining its digital presence, and bringing it to life across channels.

You’ll own campaigns from conception to execution, liaising closely with artists, managers, and internal teams. You’ll be expected to think globally, act locally – balancing big-picture marketing strategies with hands-on execution tailored to specific sounds, scenes, and subcultures.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for artist releases across Amplified’s label roster and external partners.
  • Identify the core narrative and strengths of each record/artist, translating them into compelling and culturally resonant marketing plans.
  • Tailor campaigns to fit the unique identity, genre, and fanbase of each label under the Amplified umbrella.

Artist Relationships

  • Maintain strong relationships with artists and their management teams, positioning yourself as a trusted marketing resource.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies with streaming, A&R, design, and social teams.
  • Act as a liaison with third-party marketing teams and external service providers where needed.

Creative Development & Content Oversight

  • Brief and manage in-house and freelance creatives (designers, videographers, animators, etc.) to develop innovative visual assets, short-form content, lyric videos, and more.
  • Contribute to or oversee the creation, build, and editing of artists’ digital properties (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, etc.).
  • Curate editorial calendars, develop video content strategies, and build engaging video/channel plans with the streaming team.

Digital Growth & Fanbase Building

  • Drive social media growth through engaging, relevant, and on-brand content.
  • Build and manage labels owned audience channels, increasing first-party data capture (email, SMS, CRM, etc.).
  • Explore and pitch partnerships with new platforms, apps, and marketing partners to expand reach.

Insights & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across DSPs, social platforms, and marketing tools to provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Assist in evaluating online promotions, sales impacts, and fan engagement trends to optimize future campaigns.

Physical & Event Marketing

  • Support campaigns around physical products (vinyl, merch, bundles) and maximize their cultural and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate with promoters and artist teams to drive event and tour marketing as part of holistic campaign rollouts.

Team Collaboration

  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the broader team, staying ahead of industry trends, tech updates, and fan behavior shifts.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in music marketing, ideally within electronic or dance music.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media ecosystems, especially Gen-Z-focused platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ability to adapt your approach across multiple labels, each with distinct genre DNA and target audiences.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to translate artist identities into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Familiarity with DSP pitching, release timelines, fan acquisition tactics, and online community engagement.
  • Competency with analytics tools, social scheduling platforms, and basic Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • A genuine passion for dance music culture, from underground communities to mainstream crossovers.

What We Offer

  • A chance to work with a leading global brand in dance music.
  • Access to a broad roster of exciting artists and scenes across house, tech house, minimal, and more.
  • A dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking team environment.
  • The opportunity to shape campaigns that influence club culture and digital fandom worldwide.
