Born in Croydon, London, Deeper Purpose continues to travel for bookings across England, and Europe, bringing with him his sound which is influenced by tech house combined with catchy vocal hooks and memorable sounds.
Since he started djing 10 years ago Deeper Purpose has secured residences at Egg (where he’s been a resident for 6 years) and XOYO (where he has played for 5 years). He has also played to crowds at venues including Studio 338, Fabric and festivals such as We Are Festival.
More recently, over the past two years Deeper Purpose has been focusing on producing his own tracks. Which have been recognised and praised by some of the biggest names in the industry.
This Year already (2019) he has released on Lee Foss’s well established label, Repopulate Mars with his Manipulation Ep. And has also caught the eye of Steve Lawler who has signed an Ep for release later in the year on Viva Music.
Last summer (2018) he released his unforgettable summer track ‘Safari’, which was signed to Max Chapman’s label, Resonance Records and also featured on Elrow’s Various Artists Volume 3 Album.
Summer 2018 also saw Deeper Purpose secure a 2 track EP released on George Privatti’s label, La Pera Records, which climbed up up the Tech House Chart and received praise from a range of established artists.
Deeper Purpose works his musical magic bringing upbeat energy and feel-good vibes to the club with a range of tracks. This includes his own creations which make a standard tech house track unforgettable, by adding underlying grooves with simple but effect percussion, connecting to the crowd with catchy vocals.
He’s one to watch this year after a promising start which secured his memorable music interest from music legends Lee Foss and Jamie Jones.
